Information we collect

When you book a workshop or coaching batch, we ask for details that help us confirm your seat and support you before and after the session.

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp number
• City or state (optional)
• Answers to optional questions, such as what made you interested in joining
• For coaching applications: your current situation, goals, fears, and how much time you can invest (when those fields are on the form)
• Your consent choices for contact and WhatsApp updates
• How you found us (for example, Instagram bio, DM, or story link)
• UTM campaign tags from the link you used (stored for attribution only)

If you pay for a workshop or coaching seat, payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status, order references, and amount paid - not your full card or UPI credentials. Razorpay handles card and UPI details on their secure checkout.

How we use your information

We use what you share to run our education programs and keep communication clear and helpful:

• Confirm your workshop or coaching booking
• Send transactional emails such as confirmations and reminders (via Resend)
• Share session details, including Zoom links, after your booking is confirmed
• Follow up on WhatsApp when you have opted in - our primary channel for reminders and support
• Let our team see your booking in our internal systems and team workspace (MongoDB and Notion)
• Understand which Instagram or ad links brought you here (UTM data)
• Improve our website experience through privacy-conscious analytics

We do not use your information to make income guarantees, sell your data to third parties, or send unrelated marketing without your consent.

Consent and legal basis

Before you submit a booking form, we ask you to agree to be contacted about your registration and to acknowledge that our content is educational and that trading involves risk.

WhatsApp updates require a separate opt-in checkbox. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying or contacting us directly.

Services we work with

We use trusted providers to operate the site. Each receives only what they need to perform their role:

• Razorpay - secure payment processing for paid workshops and coaching
• Resend - delivery of confirmation and reminder emails
• MongoDB Atlas - our primary database for contacts, bookings, and events
• Notion - a team-facing view of leads and bookings so our team can follow up (synced from our database; Notion is not the source of truth for payments or seat counts)
• Google Analytics 4 - anonymous usage statistics such as page views and funnel steps
• Microsoft Clarity - session insights to help us improve layout and usability (may record anonymized interactions)
• Meta Pixel - may be enabled when we run Instagram ads, to measure ad performance (optional)
• Vercel - website hosting and infrastructure

Each provider has its own privacy policy. Payment data on Razorpay is governed by Razorpay’s terms and applicable payment regulations.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may set cookies or similar technologies through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and (when enabled) Meta Pixel. These help us understand how visitors use the site - for example, which pages are visited and where forms are started.

You can limit tracking through your browser settings or ad-platform opt-outs. Core booking features work without analytics cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep contact and booking records for as long as needed to deliver our programs, handle refunds or support requests, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Email delivery logs are retained to troubleshoot delivery issues. You may ask us about deletion - see “Your choices” below.

Your choices

You can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate details
• Ask us to delete your data where we are not required to keep it
• Opt out of WhatsApp updates at any time
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest, including secure connections (HTTPS), access controls on our admin panel, and webhook signature verification for payment events.

No online system is perfectly secure. Please use a strong, unique email password and only share accurate contact details on our forms.

Children

Our programs are designed for adults, primarily people aged 25–45. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our services or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
